PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Kristen Settinelli is an Australian half-Greek, half-Italian woman – best known for her work as a producer and emerging storyteller.

In 2025, Kristen was selected as one of If Magazine’s Rising Talent Producers. Her debut feature film credit as producer, Salt Along The Tongue (dir. Parish Malfitano), premiered at SXSW Sydney 2024, screening internationally (Fantaspoa, FrightFest UK) as well as nationally. She has worked closely with Four Leg Films (Birdeater, Learning The Curvature of the Earth), an award-winning production company based at the Powerhouse Museum, as well as working in unscripted / development with BBC Studios Australia, across Top Gear Australia, Dancing with the Stars and Mastermind.

Her most recent project, FLOTSAM (dir. Siobhan Mithen) world premiered at FlickerFest 2026, whilst her work in music videos for independent Australian artists is critically acclaimed with nominations at SXSW Sydney, Clipped TV, Berlin Music Video Awards, to name a few. The short documentary she produced, They Skate (dir. Jacqui Sharah) was available to stream on SBS on Demand in 2023. She was the Engagement Manager of the Melbourne WebFest from 2017-2022, with over 4 years of working within the international web series community and is a jury member of the Sydney WebFest.

Fun Fact:

She knows how to play the trumpet, playing in multiple concert and jazz bands in her past life.
